Guarnición. Se llama también la defensa que esta junto al puño de la espáda ò espadín, para preservar la mano de las heridas. Lat. Ensis capulus. Pragm. de Tass. año 1680. f.25. Cada guarnición de espáda de Vizcaya entresina, en blanco, ocho reales.
